Where can I find you?
Our Showroom and servicing centre are based at Mobility
House, on the Marsh lane Industrial Park, Hayle, Cornwall.

What
are your showroom opening hours?
We are open 9am-5pm Monday to Saturday. We are not open on
Sundays, Bank holidays, or public holidays.
Why
do I need an assessment for a wheelchair or mobility scooter?
As part of our company code of practice, and in line with
the guidelines of the BHTA; we always provide an assessment
with regard to wheelchairs, powerchairs, mobility scooters
and certain mobility aids. This is to ensure that the item
in question is suitable for you, and fit for the purpose intended.
Why
do I need to register my mobility scooter with the DVLA?
If your vehicle falls under the category laid out by the Highways
regualtions 1988, and as such is capable of over 4mph (or
over a certain weight); you must display a tax disc. An explanation
of this can be found here.
Do you deliver outside of the South
West?
Presently, only our Daily Living range is available for postal
delivery for areas outside of Cornwall.
Why
can't I buy your wheelchairs or scooters online?
We adhere to a strict code of practice, in that an individual
must be assessed for which ever wheelchair or mobility scooter
they are interested in purchasing. Therefore, those
type of products cannot normally be purchased online.
Why are there no prices on your Wheelchairs?
Many of our wheelchairs are prescription based, and the
overall price is dependent on that individuals prescription.
As such, extra modifications to a normal specification will
normally result in an variation in that price.
Do
you hire equipment outside of Cornwall?
Unfortunately, we do not provide a hire service outside of
the Cornwall area. |
